ESP32 Power Management Sensor Array 4-Layer PCB I2C/SPI USB-C WiFi/BLE

Advanced 4-layer main control board for the IntelliCradle AI baby monitoring system. Features dedicated power and ground planes for superior noise immunity, high-speed signal routing between ESP32 and multiple sensors, and optimized thermal management for continuous operation.

Design Features
  • 4-Layer Stackup: Signal-GND-Power-Signal with impedance control
  • Advanced Power: Dedicated power plane with decoupling capacitors
  • Multi-sensor Integration: Temperature, humidity, sound, motion sensors
  • Enhanced ESD Protection: TVS diodes on all external interfaces
  • Optimized Routing: 90° trace angles, proper via stitching

Design Achievement: Successfully transitioned from 2-layer to 4-layer design, achieving superior signal integrity and noise reduction for sensitive analog sensor circuits.

  • Touch Interface: 8 capacitive touch buttons with TTP223 ICs
  • Visual Feedback: RGB LED indicators for each channel status
  • Relay Control: 8-channel relay module for 220V AC switching
  • Wireless: ESP32 for WiFi connectivity and remote control
  • Power: 5V USB input with voltage regulation circuit

Safety Design: Implemented proper isolation and creepage distances for safe 220V AC control on a 2-layer board.
